Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Woolever Friend, please contact us at support@mywooleverfriend.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to address any issues you may have. However, due to the custom-made nature and significant time investment required for each Woolever Friend, we do not accept returns. If you would like additional modifications, you may ship your Woolever Friend back to us at your own expense, and we will make the desired changes.

Order Cancelation Policy

All orders require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price to secure your place on the waiting list. If you decide to cancel your order before we begin working on your project, we will refund your payments, excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations of any work in progress will be refunded at 50% of the total price. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Change Policy​

If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us at your earliest convenience within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes beyond this time frame, as we may have already started working on your order.
